Privacy & Participation Policy – Forest Design Workshop General The workshop takes place outdoors and complies with GDPR regulations. Registration Registration is handled via the online form or by e-mail. A spot is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from the organizer. Participation is free of charge. Weather Conditions In case of heavy rain, storm, or unforeseen weather conditions, the workshop may be postponed or cancelled. In this case, participants will be informed in advance. Participants are responsible for suitable outdoor clothing and footwear. Liability Participation is at your own risk. Studio BOXQ (Mariya Molotnikova) accepts no liability for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property during the event. Parents or guardians are responsible for their children. This does not affect statutory liability in cases of intent or gross negligence. Data Protection & Photos Personal data (e.g. name, e-mail) will only be used for organizing the workshop and will not be shared with third parties. Photos and video may be taken during the event for documentation and communication purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such media, please inform us clearly before the session starts.
